Kuat Alami publishes educational material about natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, energy and endurance formulas, and the wider set of healthy lifestyle products a reader can compare before buying. That work needs very little of your data, and this page sets out exactly what little it needs, why it is needed, and how you can ask us to remove it.
The policy covers the pages you are reading now, any message you send through our contact form, and any email or phone call you make to the address and number published on this site. It does not cover what happens after you leave kuatalami.co.id for a retailer, marketplace, or other site, where that operator's own policy takes over.

What reaches us
Data we collect, and data we do not
Two kinds of information arrive at our servers, and they are handled differently. The first is what you deliberately type into a form. The second is what any web server records quietly while a page is requested.
You provide it
- Your name Used so a reply can be addressed to a person rather than a mailbox.
- Your email address The only channel we use to answer a form submission, unless you ask us to call.
- Your message Whatever you choose to write, including the product name or ingredient list you want checked.
- Phone and email contact If you call or write directly, we receive only the details you include in that conversation.
The server records it
- Browser and device type Enough to know whether a layout problem is widespread or limited to one browser.
- Approximate location Derived from the IP address, at city or region level. It never identifies a street or a household.
- Pages requested Which guides get read and which are skipped, so we can tell what is worth writing next.
- Time of the request Used to spot outages and unusual traffic patterns against normal daily load.
Nothing here asks for a payment card, a national identification number, or any health record. If a page ever seems to request that kind of detail, close it and tell us at [email protected].
Why we process your data
Every piece of information we hold is tied to one of four jobs. If a purpose is not listed here, we do not use your data for it, and we do not invent new purposes later without changing this page first.
We do not sell personal data. We do not pass contact form submissions to mailing lists, and we do not use them to send offers about popular products for men or anything else. A message you send about a men's vitamin formula is answered, filed for the editorial record, and left at that.
Technical records are processed for a different reason: to keep the site loading, to block abusive traffic, and to understand which pages actually help readers comparing vitamins and minerals for men.

When data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, it is deleted. Nothing is kept in a dormant archive on the chance that it becomes useful much later.
Your rights over your record
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct something wrong, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to [email protected] and include enough detail for us to locate the record — the name you used, the email address you wrote from, and roughly when you wrote.
We respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, because a request that cannot be verified is a request that could expose someone else's correspondence.

Correction
